The upper portion of the grounds is distinctly Mediterranean in character, alternating between rocky terrain and native plants, while the areas surrounding the housing units are softened by palms, tall trees, flowering hedges, and stretches of lawn adjacent to the solarium area. To the left of the units, a beautiful and comfortable portico with sea view has been furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and features a built-in barbecue, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals in the warm Salento evenings. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and a shower, offering a comfortable and easily accessible space for relaxation beside the pool.
