The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool is a stone-paved sun terrace furnished with sunbeds, ideal for long afternoons in the Apulian sun. A generously shaded veranda adjacent to the pool serves as the main outdoor living and dining hub, equipped with a dining table, built-in sofas, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a fully functional outdoor kitchen. On the opposite side of the pool, a smaller terrace provides a quieter retreat from which to enjoy the peaceful countryside landscape. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
