A refundable security deposit of 1,500 Euro is required upon arrival and will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damage has occurred to the property. Air conditioning is included in the rental price, as is heating upon request, and Internet WiFi is provided throughout the property at no additional cost. A weekly service package is available and covers 3 hours of cleaning on both Tuesday and Thursday, as well as garden maintenance and pool cleaning.
