Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Kyvos are as thoughtfully designed as the interiors, offering a seamless transition between the architecture and the surrounding natural landscape. The grounds extend across approximately 8,000 sqm of lawn, Mediterranean scrub, and fragrant aromatic plants including rosemary, lavender, and thyme. The garden has been carefully arranged to maximize sea views from the upper levels, with seating areas strategically positioned to allow guests to fully appreciate the surrounding scenery. A portico furnished with comfortable lounge furniture opens directly from the living area, creating a shaded retreat ideal for relaxed afternoons, while the kitchen connects to a dedicated outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue station and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 30 metres from the villa, reached via a winding path through the garden. Rectangular in shape, it measures an impressive 16 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and is lined with PVC. The pool features side access steps and a one-metre-wide peninsula at the entrance that serves as both a platform and a relaxation area. Water purification is managed through a chlorine system, and the pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting for evening use. The surrounding solarium is furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo, creating a complete poolside retreat. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

On the ground floor, a modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious open-plan living and lounge area, creating a sociable and light-filled heart to the home. This level also features a guest bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Descending to the basement level, guests will find 3 further double bedrooms, each equally appointed with an en-suite bathroom with shower, offering a sense of privacy and tranquillity that makes them particularly well suited for rest and retreat.
