The guest will be able to privately enjoy: a swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, open from May 1st to September 30), shower and toilet in the pool area, a 50 m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, and a public parking on the street 50 meters far.
In the nearby town Bagni di Lucca (6 km distant, about 15 min by car) there are: a grocery store, supermarket, bar and restaurant 6 km away; the sandy beach "Versilia" 50 km away, the thermal pool "Bagni di Lucca" 6 km away (about 15 min by car). The apartment does not have private parking. Upon request, we can provide you with a Parking Pass that costs 5 euros per day.
This ticket allows you to park in all the paid parking lots in Levanto without having to pay the hourly rate at the parking meters.
Important: this ticket is not a private parking. It allows free parking in the blue parking lots of the town, with the exception of the parking lot above the beach, where it is not completely free but there is a reduced hourly rate.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
