A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day available throughout the year, with the exception of the period from 20 June to 29 August, during which changeover is fixed on Saturdays. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00, subject to prior arrangement.
A security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 400 kWh, with any usage exceeding this threshold charged at an additional rate of 0.40 euros per kWh.
