The villa operates under strict house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, contact the property management immediately. Violation of these rules may result in a penalty of 500.
