A security deposit is required and will be returned on the day of departure provided no damage has been done to the property. Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 kilowatts, with extra kilowatts to be paid on the premises according to consumption. The tourist tax applies from 1st April until 31st October, with children under the age of 18 exempt from this charge. For consistency with the property's standards and service quality, external chefs or catering services are not permitted, however, upon request, it is possible to arrange an in-villa chef service with tailor-made menus based on your preferences.
