Arrival is scheduled between 16:00 and 18:00, while departure is expected between 08:00 and 10:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. A security deposit of 1.000 euros is held at the agency or pre-authorised in villa. Children aged 12 and above are welcome, while the property maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not permit pets. A local tourist tax of 3,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 7 days and is payable locally upon arrival in euro cash. The villa is a non-smoking property and does not permit pets on the premises.
