The shared swimming pool, open exclusively to guests of the Torre Sponda complex, occupies the site of an ancient fountain and is shaded in the afternoon by a majestic olive tree. The pool water is enriched with oxygen, meaning that chlorine is not used, offering a more natural and pleasant swimming experience. The pool is open from 9AM to 6PM from May 1st through October 10th, subject to weather conditions. The surrounding gardens extend across more than one and a half hectares and are home to an impressive variety of plant species, including olive trees, lemon trees, tangerines, pomegranates, carob trees, Opuntia vulgaris (prickly pear cactus), aloe, giant agave, Euphorbia Canariensis, Bougainvillea, stramonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus, and jasmine. Guests also benefit from private access to a semi-private beach, reached via an internal flight of stairs directly from the property.

Guests are kindly required to carry copies of their passports during their stay. Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be returned prior to departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property. The rates include an initial grocery supply, water, electricity, gas, satellite TV with Sky, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mid-week cleaning and towel change, and a final cleaning service. Linen change is included once a week upon request. A maid service of 2 hours twice a week is also included. The property is situated approximately 70 steps below the main road, comprising pathways and staircases, and the use of town porters for luggage is strongly recommended. The city tax of 2.50 euros per person per night is not included in the rates and must be settled with the final balance via bank transfer, though this amount is subject to change. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The team is reachable via an emergency contact provided at check-in and is available to assist with excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and a wide range of other activities and suggestions throughout your stay.
