The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.

Villa Del Sole is a lovely stone building (280 sq m) with air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with five bathrooms. Villa Del Sole is located 1 km (4276 ft) from Torreone, Italy and only 4 km (2 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings".
On site there is a further apartment occasionally used by the owner, which has a separate entrance and garden.
