The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside. In Monte San Savino, which is just a few kilometres away, it will be pleasant to spend evenings out, dining in typical restaurants or enjoying an aperitif sitting at tables in the colourful cobbled streets.
From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Around the house you will find a large green area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children's games, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch. A splendid swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.10-2.00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) will brighten your summer days, and the large furnished portico outside will be the setting for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air. The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.
