Heating at the property is available seasonally, operating exclusively from 1 November to 15 April, in line with the typical climate of the Tuscan coast. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups under any circumstances. Guests should be aware that part of the house remains closed and unoccupied throughout the stay.
