The open kitchen is well-equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also has an exit to the garden. There is a separate guest toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find another large living room with a flat-screen TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this level.
