Check-in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, with check-out required by 10 am. The swimming pool is open from 01 May to 31 October. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge per week. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.

The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later. A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The route is quite flat and therefore suitable for walks and cycling for the whole family. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, on the other hand, there is the Montepulciano Oasis just 10 minutes away.
