After arriving at Villa Umbra you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Umbria. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 15 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Italian, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Italian weather.
This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.

A private swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 120 to 150 cm, is available seasonally from 1 May to 15 October, providing a refreshing amenity during the warmer months. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. Covered parking is provided directly on the premises, offering convenience and security for your vehicle.
