Villa Bel Prato is fully equipped with all modern comforts to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. The property features a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Sonos sound system, ice maker, and coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned, guaranteeing a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. On the first floor of the villa, there is an independent flat that is occupied by the owners during low and middle season and kept vacant during high season. Regardless of the season, the swimming pool and wellness area, including the sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, and multi-sensory shower, are reserved for the exclusive use of guests. To use the sauna and Turkish bath, it is necessary to inform the keyholder on-site at least 2 hours in advance. A dedicated emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available and must be settled on arrival. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges for damages. The rates include gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms for 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, payable in cash on arrival. Firewood is available on a consumption basis. The minimum stay is 4 nights, extended to 7 nights for arrivals between 13 June 2026 and 28 August 2026, with arrival day on Saturday from 25 July to 21 August.

Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible if arranged in advance and are subject to an additional charge payable on site upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that at the time of booking, you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night, per person, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.
