This idyllic retreat is ideally situated for day trips to renowned artistic and cultural destinations, including Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sorano, Pitigliano, Orvieto, the picturesque Lake Bolsena, and the rejuvenating thermal springs of San Casciano dei Bagni.
The house has been completely restored and divided into four apartments. All the apartments are large and comfortable and have been very well furnished.

When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful vacation in Umbria. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court, patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
In addition to the tennis court, you will also benefit from a Golf and Padel court. The tennis and padel court are included but can be used only during the day.
