Access to Villa Valeria is via a private stairway consisting of approximately 50 small steps leading down from the coastal road, ensuring a sense of privacy and exclusivity from the moment of arrival. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00, and an additional fee is charged for arrivals after 23:00. Check-out time is 10:00. Upon arrival, a refundable cash deposit of 500 Euros is required as a security guarantee and will be returned at the time of departure following an inspection for any potential damage. The rental price includes taxes, cleaning upon arrival, electricity, bed linens, and towels. A final cleaning fee is payable on site at the end of the stay. For stays exceeding 1 week, a weekly cleaning service is available at an additional cost, alongside the final cleaning fee. A city tax applies from 1st April to 31st October at a rate of 2.50 Euros per person per day for guests aged 10 years and above. Heating is available from November to April at an additional daily charge. The villa is equipped with a washing machine in the dedicated laundry room for your convenience. The living room on the first level features armchairs, a television, a DVD player, a dining table, and a large picture window, while the second level includes a cozy sitting room with sofas and a panoramic window.
