From the kitchen, direct access leads to the garden and the outdoor cooking area. Also on the ground floor is 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. A lower floor, accessible via a staircase, houses a dedicated laundry area where you can wash and iron your clothes during your stay. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 single room and 2 double rooms, one of which features an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, while the other is served by a separate bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the top level of the villa, there is an additional double bedroom with a half bathroom. Please note that use of the internal elevator is excluded from the rental. Heating is available separately. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
