The ground floor serves as the main entrance to the villa and opens onto a very large lounge and living room, finely decorated and elegantly divided into 2 distinct areas by an ancient yet refined chimney. The professional kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with every tool at your disposal, and it offers the unique opportunity to discover the secrets of local cuisine. From the kitchen, direct access leads to the garden and the outdoor cooking area. Also on the ground floor is 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. A lower floor, accessible via a staircase, houses a dedicated laundry area where you can wash and iron your clothes during your stay. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 single room and 2 double rooms, one of which features an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, while the other is served by a separate bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the top level of the villa, there is an additional double bedroom with a half bathroom. Please note that use of the internal elevator is excluded from the rental. Heating is available separately. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The rental includes exclusive use of the property, bed linen changes twice a week, daily towel changes, and house cleaning for 3 hours per day from Monday to Saturday. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9:00 pm.
