A small hallway connects this space to a double bedroom, while the main bathroom is fitted with a hydro-massage shower. A winding staircase leads to the attic on the first floor, where 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed, share a second bathroom with shower. In one of these bedrooms, there is the possibility to add a further single bed, making the villa a flexible option for varying group sizes. Throughout your stay, you will benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, private parking, and direct access to the lush garden and swimming pool that surround the property. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during mid and low season, while bookings made between 12/07 and 22/08 require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week. The rental price includes consumption of gas, water, and electricity, 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linens, and final cleaning. A security deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night is applicable and must also be settled on site in accordance with local regulations. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm and must be paid on site. On request, a high chair and a cot are available for an additional charge, both to be arranged and paid on site. An extra bed can be added in one of the first-floor bedrooms and is available at an additional weekly cost, to be settled on site.
