Villa Ivoni is a lovely property with a total of two private apartments that is conveniently located 7 km (5 mi) from Campofelice Di Roccella, Italy in the tourist area "Sicily North Coast" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Cefalù. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Villa Ivoni is a spectacular place with an amazing view - Madonie mountains to one side; ocean to the other. The pool is really great, spacious and with convenient sun beds. Everything is very clean and kept exceptionally nice and neat by the owners who are very friendly and the most helpful hosts. They were situated in an appartment next to ours during our stay.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Francesco et Angela. L'accueil est chaleureux, la maison très bien entretenue, confortable et bien équipée. La piscine est superbe et la vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Idéalement placée entre Palerme et Cefalu, la maison est un peu en hauteur ce qui permet d'avoir moins chaud que sur le littoral. Nous reviendrons !
