Villa Ivoni is a nice property with a total of two independent apartments that is conveniently located 7 km (5 mi) from Campofelice Di Roccella, Italy in the tourist area "Sicily North Coast" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Cefalù. Villa Ivoni, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
