Villa Orangella operates under a set of rental guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable and well-organised stay for all guests. The minimum stay required is 4 nights, extended to 7 nights for arrivals between 27/07 and 23/08, with arrival on Saturday during that period. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00, payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity, a final cleaning service, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms lasting 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot.
