This elegant property occupies the upper floor of a distinguished two-story villa and provides generous accommodation alongside expansive outdoor living spaces. Modern conveniences include Internet Wifi throughout the property and private parking accommodating 3 to 4 vehicles on site. The owner occasionally occupies the lower floor with a separate entrance, while all outdoor amenities including the swimming pool and terraces remain exclusively available for your use.

The property is accessed through an automatic gate from the main road, with approximately 20 steps connecting the parking area to the villa entrance.
