Description
Le Querce di Campocane is a beautifully restored historic country house. Perched on the border between Tuscany and Lazio, it is located on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the pristine surrounding landscape. From here, you can admire the majestic Amiata and Cetona mountains, the serene Elvella River, the picturesque village of San Casciano dei Bagni, and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve—creating a stunning natural panorama.
This idyllic retreat is ideally situated for day trips to renowned artistic and cultural destinations, including Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sorano, Pitigliano, Orvieto, the picturesque Lake Bolsena, and the rejuvenating thermal springs of San Casciano dei Bagni.
The house has been completely restored and divided into four apartments. All the apartments are large and comfortable and have been very well furnished.
At guests' disposal:
The swimming pool (13 x 8 mt; depth: 1,40 mt) is located only a few metres from the house.
Well equipped garden, barbecue, laundry room, ping pong and internet wi-fi connection available only in the garden in front of the apartments.

This exclusive use holiday villa dates back to the 1500s, built in traditional stone and expanded in the early 1900s and again in 1963, with agrotourism renovation completed in 1995. The property is surrounded by fields of vines and olive trees, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. This independent farmhouse provides accommodation across 6 rooms and 2 apartments, all furnished with rustic yet elegant décor and featuring characteristic wood-beamed ceilings. The property offers modern conveniences including Internet Wifi throughout the premises and parking facilities for guests. The green landscapes surrounding the farm provide ideal spaces for relaxation and include a playground area for children to enjoy.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool measuring 6x12 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, securely fenced by hedge with a gated entrance. This independent villa accommodates a maximum capacity of 21 guests across 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The accommodation comprises 6 individual rooms and 2 apartments, all equipped with private bathrooms featuring showers. On the ground floor, you will find the Archetto room, an intimate and romantic space with a double bed. The Yellow Room, bright and cheerful, is furnished with Provençal fabrics and a double bed, opening directly onto the lawn. The Green room and Rosa room, both equipped with double beds, open onto pergolas in front of the playground area. The Triple Room, large and spacious, was built in the old cellar of the farm and accommodates 3 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed. On the top floor, Il Focolare room features a double bed alongside a large fireplace and includes a small kitchenette. The Apartment Le Persiane is located on the first floor, accessed by a stone staircase, and accommodates 4 people with a large kitchen, a bright living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment Il Granaio, also on the first floor and accessed by an impressive stone staircase, spans approximately 80 square meters for 4 guests, consisting of a large kitchen and living room, a bedroom with two beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A common room and kitchen are available where all guests can gather to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Other Information
Check-in is available from 4 pm to 7 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10 am. The rental price includes consumption of water, gas and electricity, as well as final cleaning and linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes. A security deposit is required upon arrival which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge per week. The property offers additional sleeping arrangements including toddler beds and extra beds, both available for weekly fees. A common room and shared kitchen area allow guests staying in different accommodations to socialize and prepare meals together if desired, fostering a communal atmosphere while maintaining the privacy of individual rooms and apartments.
