Beautiful and charming ancient property situated in quiet and panoramic location in the hills surrounding Cortona. This property has been recently restored with its ancient architectural features preserved and converted into 8 appealing apartments, all of which offer tastefully furnished interiors that allow their guests a combination of old charm and contemporary design.

From the park and from the apartments you can enjoy a magnificent view surrounding hills.
The garden well kept and maintained, has a gazebo ideal for outdoor living and al fresco dining.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Me and my family had the best vacation in Isolina´s villa Le Giare. The villa is superb, the setting is beautiful with views down into the valley up to Cortona. We had such a wonderful week celebrating a birthday in the family. The villa was clean, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous apartments. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas are outstanding. From the beginning, Isolina was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

17 of us stayed for a week mid August. Weather was 30-35 degrees. The villa is impressive, the accommodation is spacious and the views are magnificent. It is very well located for Cortona, vineyards and Siena, San Gimi and further afield. The host, Isolina, is an absolute gem and is very helpful for suggestions. We recommend guests have at least one home breakfast and one dinner. Understand some of the rooms will be updated soon. Careful of using the expensive air conditioning. We throughly recommend this villa for a large group.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Villa Giare. The villa and the huge garden were even much nicer as displayed in the pictures. Every apartment has bis own charm and the vatastic view from the garden was impressive from early in the morning untill late at night. The little village Fratticciola is really beautiful and the near by the must see town Cortona.
The Host was very Friendly and did help us a lot to make this vacation very special. We really want to come again to this special place.
