This property comprises 2 comfortable apartments all of which recently restored and tastefully furnished. Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.

A stone-paved path leads from this area to the swimming pool and solarium, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The paved panoramic solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs shaded by a sail, and an outdoor shower is available for guests' convenience.
