If you choose Poggio del Fabbro, you will choose an old stone farmhouse of peasant origin, dating back to the 1800s, which has recently been renovated and has maintained its architectural and stylistic features intact, respecting tradition. Villa Paneretta is next to the ancient Castello della Paneretta and its cellars: the production of Chianti Classico wine represents the main activity and guests of Villa Paneretta will have the privilege of tasting the unique flavor of its bottles of wine directly on the spot. The castle is open (at fixed times) for tastings and visits but the guests of Villa Paneretta will always enjoy the exclusivity of their outdoor spaces and swimming pool.
The private swimming pool is located about 50 meters away from the villa and can be reached by walking under the historic castle walls. The location of Villa Paneretta is very strategic: you are halfway between Florence and Siena and in the heart of the Chianti Classico region.
