The accommodation is split in two units, each opening on to the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The annex also benefits of a beautiful built-in barbecue which will liven up your summer evenings.
Starting from the 2020 season, the villa will feature a fenced swimming-pool.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
