"Quercia 2" is an independent unit very close to the “Cappella” apartments and to one of the swimming pool (12x22mt).
Fattoria Di Quercia Al Poggio is a nice property having a total of ten private apartments that is conveniently located 15 km (9 mi) from Barberino Val D'elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 24 km (15 mi) from San Gimignano. Fattoria Di Quercia Al Poggio, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.
Fienile Quercia 2 (65sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
