A stunning independent villa located on a hill top in the heart of the Umbrian countryside overlooking wineries, olive groves, oak forests. The property is close to the beautiful city of Orvieto which offer all services need, also thanks to the vicinity of the A1 highway it makes easy connection to other destination of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio as well.
Villa Selvamica is set to a peaceful location, there is 1.3 km of unpaved road to reach the property from the main road, there is a wonderful private fenced garden surrounding the villa made of grass plants and partially paved, the property features a private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a covered patio equipped with table and Charis where to organize al fresco meals, there is also a barbeque available for the guest.
The villa is spread into two building next to each other for a total of a 550-square meter.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 75 days prior to arrival date.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
A cash refundable deposit of 2000,00 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
