The 700 sq m fenced grounds are predominantly paved and thoughtfully landscaped, with a small area of lawn and a rich tapestry of bougainvillea, olive trees, aromatic herbs, succulents, and a wide selection of tropical plants that are perfectly integrated across the various terraces connected by elegant stairs. Together, these elements transform the exterior into a true oasis of peace and tranquillity. Scattered throughout the terraces, you will find an inviting mix of large and small tables, chairs, and sofas crafted from a variety of materials ranging from natural stone to elegant wicker, all fitted with comfortable and stylish cushions that invite you to linger, sip an apéritif, and soak in the breathtaking sea views. A dedicated bar corner and multiple relaxation areas further enrich the outdoor experience. Large umbrellas provide generous shade from the sun, complemented by the refreshing sea breeze that enlivens afternoons and evenings spent in the open air. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon arrival. The non-heated panoramic infinity pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, positioned just a few metres from the house and accessible via a flight of stairs or directly through the French window of the basement bedroom. Rectangular in shape with salt purification, it measures 5 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from a few centimetres at the shallow beach-style entry to 2.40 metres at its deepest point. On the opposite side of the ground floor, a staircase descends to the basement level, which, thanks to the external terracing, sits at the same level as the swimming pool. This lower level features a large room with an original vaulted ceiling of the period, containing a double bed that provides 2 additional sleeping spaces. A door at the end of this room leads to a hallway with a French window, a large walk-in closet on one side, and a third double bedroom on the other. This third bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the outside through a French window, positioned just a few metres from the swimming pool.

The villa is protected by the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
