You will be staying in a 4-room villa spanning 130 square meters across two levels, offering stylish furnishings. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace solely for decorative purposes and a satellite TV, leading out to a terrace. One double bedroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC, also providing access to the terrace. Another double bedroom is available. The small, open kitchen is complete with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and freezer. There is an additional shower, bidet, and WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find another double bedroom with its own shower, bidet, and WC.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating (available at an extra cost). Two terraces spanning 50 square meters are partially covered, featuring terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs.
