Die Lage ist sagenhaft, allerdings ist der Zustand der Anlage nicht gut. Gut sind die neuen Elektrogeräte in der Küche und die Waschmaschine. Nicht gut sind die elektrischen Installationen, die Gebrauchsanleitung welche absolut veraltet ist, keine Pool Reinigung in 10 Tagen, Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen haben nicht funktioniert da Batterien leer. Man hat klar gemerkt, dass niemand eine Endkontrolle vor der Übergabe gemacht hat. Absolut unakzeptabel war der Zustand der Zimmers im Untergeschoss. Es rocht recht muffelig, schon in der ersten Nacht war der Abfluss des WC verstopft und es dauerte 2 Tage bis es repariert war. Die Handwerker waren alle sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer kann aber keinesfalls als vollwertiges Zimmer gesehen werden, somit ist das Haus für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Die Helpline war in der zweiten Woche überlastet und ich musste immer eskalieren um Gehör zu bekommen.

Ein Sonnenschirm für den Poolbereich wäre schön!!!!
