The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. From the living area, you have direct access to both the garden and a large roofed terrace of 25 m2, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs. A separate WC is also available on this level.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a sleeping facility, and a private shower and WC. The second bedroom features 1 french bed of 160 cm alongside 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed, also with a private shower and WC. The third bedroom offers 1 french bed of 160 cm and its own shower and WC.
On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find the fourth bedroom, which is characterized by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 190 cm. This room is furnished with 1 french bed of 160 cm and benefits from a hip bath and WC, as well as direct access to a small balcony of 3 m2. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
