Case Ginezzo is located 13 km (8 mi) from Cortona, Italy and only 40 km (25 mi) from Arezzo. Case Ginezzo is a lovely property with pool and WiFi internet. The vacation home has been designed with a total of two private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 18 guests comfortably in eight bedrooms with six bathrooms. If you enjoy a round of golf while on vacation, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 8 km (5 mi) from the property where you can purchase groceries and personal items.

This house is truly off the beaten path. If you're looking for a beautiful home with nice pool off the grid, this is your home! The house is located about 30 minutes outside Cortona on the top of the hill overlooking the valley. Overall accommodation was good! The kitchen was stocked and the bedrooms were spacious. My favorite thing about this spot Were the gorgeous views, tons of outdoor seating to watch the sunset, and the friendly chickens that say hello in the morning! :) our neighbors also picked fresh eggs for breakfast. The property is well maintained and super family friendly.

This truly is an 'Off Grid" experience and a great location for those wanting some time to truly chillout as well as experience some fantastic scenery as well as great walking trails. The view from the whole property is truly amazing and the pool allows for some a great break from the Summer heat. There are two good restaurants a short drive away and the town of Cortona is a 25 minute drive away. The train station is about a 30 minute drive with trains to Florence for day trips which take 1 hour and 15 minute. Many other towns are similar drives away.

Two grandparents, three sisters, their husbands and seven grandchildrens (from 23 years old to 13 years old) have, had a wonderful week, enjoying the place, the views, the pool, the space, the lovely houses, the chickens, butterflies, birds and plants. A special thanks from Dad and Mom, Grandad and Grandma celebrating their 80° birthdays in truly memorable style in Ginezzo. Thank you!

Siamo stati per capodanno, 3 famiglie con bambini. Il casale è bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, con stanze grandi e pulite. Annalisa è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Il casale è un pò isolato ma immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Essendo andati per capodanno e avendo avuto brutto tempo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare i sentieri e le passeggiate ma i bambini si sono divertiti lo stesso negli spazi all'aperto. La vista sulla vallata è spettacolare. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione dedicata ai bambini: in casa ci sono giochi e libri per tutte le età!

Spacious house with a great open workshop space for kids to play. Great place for a few families with young children. Chickens roost in the coups nearby, kids loved watching them scamper about area. There's good long open area out front under pine trees with hammock, table and chairs and beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. Kids loved the swimming pool where there's also a great view.
