Villa Della Valle is a nice stone building with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with four bathrooms. Beautiful villa set in stunning countryside. Let down by a poorly equipped kitchen with few amenities, especially given the extremely remote location and difficulty in visiting shops.
We LOVED this Villa ,it was everything we dreamed of ,the owner Gloria was a True Darling and really cared about us , Her Mum cooked us a FABULOUS dinner , they sourced anything we asked for ie: firewood and the joy of sharing their dogs and cats made it seem like home , whilst English was scarce we had a bond that transcended language , her hospitality was wonderful .The Villa is remote down a mountain tiny road we knew that and that was part of the appeal , we did have a little difficulty finding the property and I believe a sign up on the Highway and one actually in the front of the Villa should be considered .
We would go back again , as we had a Hire car a 9 seater we travelled and did day trips , the closest town is the most Beautiful Cortona with the Best Coffee , everywhere you turn you see a painting Truly a memorable country Tuscan stay . I would rate it a 10 /10Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Samen met onze 4 kinderen en met onze vrienden met eveneens 4 kinderen hebben we genoten van de twee villa's. De huizen zijn schoon en ruimte is er genoeg. Een heerlijke tuin met mooi uitzicht.
Het is afgelegen, je gaat 's morgens niet even naar de bakker om wat broodjes te halen. De bakker komt dan ook om de dag naar het huis toe. Wij kochten voor een paar dagen eten in zodat je niet mis grijpt. Er staat een koelkast met vriesvak
Cortona is een heel leuk plaatje om te bezoeken.
Wij hebben het heel goed gehad en zijn na een week weer uitgerust naar huis gekeerd.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Together with our four children and our friends, also with 4 children we enjoyed the two villas. The houses are clean and there is enough space. A lovely garden with beautiful views.
It's remote, you can't go in the morning to the bakery to buy some bread and in fact the baker comes to the house daily. We bought food for a few days. There is a fridge freezer.
Cortona is a very nice place to visit.
We have had very good holidays and have returned home again rested after a week.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
