Ottima posizione, ampio, attrezzatissimo, finemente ristrutturato. Da migliorare solo sostituendo il divano perché l'attuale é impraticabile. Piccolo suggerimento aumentare l'illuminazione esterna per poterci cenare. Comunque sistemazione favolosa che ci ha pienamente soddisfatti ... divano a parte

Villa has a great location, nice view on the city. There are several excursion options in the neightbourhood, but the see is far appr. 75 minutes

We spent a wonderful week at Angeloni... The setting is idyllic - so peaceful and hidden away - yet close enough to lucca to do a bit of sightseeing and shopping too! The set up was great as we were a party of six, with older parents who were extremely happy to have their own separate accommodation. The house was extremely well equipped and beautifully done and to top it all we had a local lady come in to cook for us on a few nights which was a real treat! We will definitely be back!

The unit was not easy to cook in as there was no real work surface and the world's smallest chopping board. There were lots of ants and many cockroaches.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Ausblich aufs Meer, auch wenn dieses mit dem Auto ca 30 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Unterkunft ist groß und verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Kinderzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 große Wohnküche, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine und Terasse.
Die Unterkunft selber wurde scheinbar vorher von einer Familie bewohnt, weil die Schulsachen der Kinder noch am Schreibtisch liegen und in Kästen auch noch "Überbleibsel" sind.
Wichtig ist nur, dass man sich den richtigen Stecker mitnimmt, da es dort nur die typisch italienischen Stecker gibt. Man kann diese aber auch in dem 10 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt kaufen.
Wir hatten nicht viel Kontakt mit den Hauseigentümer, weil dieser nur italienisch kann. Der Sohn kann Englisch, welcher auch am Anreisetag vor Ort war. Am Abreisetag war keiner da, wo wir uns verabschieden konnten. Was schade war.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht.
Was nur leider negativ war: KEINE der Türen im Haus konnte man zu machen, weil das "Schnapperl" verkeilt war und man es nicht raus bekommen hat. Somit haben dann die Türen in der Nacht gescheppert, wenn ein Wind ging.
Da fällt mir ein, dass das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist, und der Hauseigentümer, der oberhalb wohnt meistens zu hören war, wenn er im Haus herum ging mit den Schuhen.
Da wir aber nur wenig da waren, störte es jetzt nicht so extrem.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
We just spent one week at Cafaggio di Sopra. It is a beautiful villa with all the comforts of home. We had a party of 9 people and had the main house and apartment. The villa is located in the countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. The owners were very helpful and so nice. We really enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return someday.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr ruhige Lage.

Cette maison est très bien située, proche de Florence et à une heure environ de la plupart des visites intéressantes d\'une bonne partie de la Toscane. Elle est très bien équipée, très confortable, et les vignes et oliviers qui l\'entoure apportent un charme indéniable. Le personnel est très à l\'écoute et très accueillant.
