The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx.. 2,5 km.
Distances: Trevinano with groceries 2 km away, San Casciano dei Bagni with general stores and beautiful spas 12 km, Acquapendente with shops of all kinds 15 km away, Proceno 16 km, Orvieto 35 km away, Lake Bolsena 35 km, Pienza 45 km, Viterbo 67 km away, Siena 90 km, Rome 170 km (Rome is also accessible by train from the nearby railway station of Orvieto).
