During mid and low season, upon request, it is possible to rent the property at a reduced price without La Ghiandaia living room. Pets are welcome at the property. The consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes, and final cleaning are all included in the rental price.

The infinity pool with whirlpool is open year-round and features direct sea views. Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed every 2 days as part of the villa services. Daily cleaning service of 5 hours is provided from Monday to Saturday, with final cleaning included.
