On the first floor, a sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV serves as a comfortable communal space. This floor contains 2 double bedrooms, one of which features an ensuite bathroom with shower and a private exit to the terrace. Approximately 20 metres from the main house, the annex offers additional independent accommodation comprising a living room with an ornamental fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.
