Conveniently located in the centre of Calcinelli, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Urbino. Property Antonietta is a beautiful property (140 sq m) that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to five guests comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

What to Expect
After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in The Marches. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people.


This is an apartment in a two family villa; the owners live in the other apartment, while the attic of the building is empty.
Tenants and owners don't share any space, each of them has an independent entrance and a private portion of garden.
