Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for use after a refreshing swim. The centrepiece of the exterior is the generous swimming pool, measuring 8 x 15 metres with a depth ranging from 20 to 230 cm, open seasonally from 1 May to 23 October. From the pool area, guests are treated to a breathtaking panoramic view stretching across the rolling hills toward the medieval towers of San Gimignano, 15 km away. An outdoor shower is conveniently located near the pool for guests' use, and a barbecue is also available, making al fresco dining and entertaining a pleasure. Free mountain bike rentals are provided for guests wishing to explore the local countryside, and swimming towels are supplied at no additional charge.

Central heating is available at the property, though it is operational exclusively from 1 November to 14 April. Inside, guests have access to a washing machine and a table tennis table for leisure. Cook services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Bicycles are available for guests to use during their stay. The property operates with a seasonal swimming pool available from 1 May to 23 October. Guests are kindly reminded that the barn on the estate is occasionally used for estate work and wine harvests.
