It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.

Approximately 300 meters below the property, there is the coastal highway. Depending on the wind, it may be minimally audible, but it's not visible from the house.

The entrance to the villa is accessed from the private parking area via a few steps leading to the main terrace, from which a French window opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living area. This central space brings together the dining room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting room featuring a decorative fireplace, all bathed in natural light. Adjacent to the living area is a guest bathroom for the convenience of all guests.
The sleeping quarters are arranged along two distinct wings of the villa. To the left of the living area, you will find a double bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a private en-suite bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a French window that opens directly onto the garden. To the right, a corridor leads to the laundry room and three additional bedrooms. The first of these is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and it also benefits from direct access to the terrace. Continuing along the corridor, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed measuring 1.40 metres share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower.
