The outdoor spaces of Villa Armonia are truly exceptional, designed to make the most of the stunning natural landscape and the magnificent sea views that define this property. The large terrace in front of the villa, elegantly paved in ceramic and terracotta tiles, serves as a welcoming and versatile living space where you can unwind on the generous sofa or gather for alfresco dining beneath a charming cane canopy, all while enjoying sweeping views of the pool and the sea beyond. This terrace is directly connected to the interior living area through a French window, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

A short flight of 15 steps leads down to the pool terrace, located approximately 10 metres from the villa. Here, the rectangular infinity pool takes centre stage, measuring 4 by 11 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres. The pool is lined in PVC and features both chlorine and salt purification systems, with brick steps providing easy access to the water. It is a non-heated pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November. Bordering the pool is a spacious wooden solarium of approximately 50 square metres, furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar shower, offering the perfect setting for sunbathing while soaking in the remarkable views. On clear days, the panorama extends all the way to the Aeolian Islands, including Alicudi and Filicudi, shimmering on the horizon. The approximately 9,000 square metres of land surrounding the villa also provide access, on a shared basis, to a tennis court and a five-a-side football field, available to all villa guests during their stay.

Unit Layout

Villa Armonia is configured on a single floor and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The entrance to the villa is accessed from the private parking area via a few steps leading to the main terrace, from which a French window opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living area. This central space brings together the dining room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting room featuring a decorative fireplace, all bathed in natural light. Adjacent to the living area is a guest bathroom for the convenience of all guests.

The sleeping quarters are arranged along two distinct wings of the villa. To the left of the living area, you will find a double bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a private en-suite bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a French window that opens directly onto the garden. To the right, a corridor leads to the laundry room and three additional bedrooms. The first of these is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and it also benefits from direct access to the terrace. Continuing along the corridor, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed measuring 1.40 metres share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, and the villa also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, located in the dedicated laundry room, making longer stays particularly convenient. The villa is pet-friendly, welcoming animals subject to prior authorisation from the owner, with details regarding the number, size, and breed to be communicated in advance. Villa Armonia welcomes pets of small size, subject to prior authorisation from the owner. Guests wishing to bring animals must communicate the number, size, and breed in advance so that the owner can grant the necessary approval. Please be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals.

The villa is located within a large residential area composed of private villas, and guests benefit from shared access to a tennis court and a five-a-side football field. These sports facilities are not for exclusive use but are freely accessible to all villa guests during their stay.

Guests are kindly reminded that the photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what is visible in the images at the time of arrival.

Regarding waste disposal, guests are expected to manage urban waste appropriately throughout their stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied at check-out.
