A washing machine is available for shared use within the house and is subject to an extra charge. Heating at the residence is available exclusively during the period from 5 October to 25 April. Animals are present in the neighbourhood, which guests may wish to take into account when planning their stay. A car is recommended for getting around the area comfortably. The residence is accessed through electric gates, and guests should note that there is no lift on the property. The 50-metre motor access road to the house is notably steep. Regarding the EV charging stations, the activation card must be booked in advance to ensure availability upon arrival.
