Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day except during the period from 20 June to 28 August, when changeover is fixed on Saturday. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only if agreed upon in advance. Pets are not permitted at the property. A high chair and cot are available upon prior request. The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, towels, bed linen, and final cleaning. A damage deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid on site, along with the city tax as per Italian law and any firewood used during the stay. Guests will receive an emergency contact number at check-in, and the team is available to provide assistance and suggestions for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
