Heating is available separately. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The rental includes exclusive use of the property, bed linen changes twice a week, daily towel changes, and house cleaning for 3 hours per day from Monday to Saturday. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9:00 pm. A security deposit must be paid in advance to cover any potential damages and will be returned in full at the end of the stay. A city tax applies per person per day for guests aged 18 and over.
