The rates include the welcome basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with a full change of bed linen and bath towels after every 3 days of stay, and a final cleaning service upon departure.

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is available from 21:00 onwards. Check-out must be completed by 10:00. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property.

A city tax of 4 euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 and over, for stays of up to one week, and is to be paid separately on site.
